Zhuhai Sponge Soil Production Project
Project Overview: This project is to treat a fish pond sludge in Zhuhai for solid-liquid separation, then add biological bacteria to change the soil properties and enter the Meibang vehicle mounted high-pressure diaphragm filter press. After the filter press separates the clean water for recycling, the mud cake is transported by screw to the granulator to produce insoluble and non compacted sponge soil.

A mobile filter press will be used to arrive at the customer’s site, and the pipeline and wires will be connected for immediate use. The equipment will be scheduled in the morning and sewage sludge treatment will begin in the afternoon. At present, this device can be rented, sold, operated, contracted, and recyclable.
